DÉJÀ-VU n°5 (1991)

The influential quarterly photo-journal “Déjà-vu” began in Japan in 1990 with Iizawa Kohtaro as editor-in-chief and distinguished itself by the quality of printing and its ability to showcase photography in its most artistic forms.

This special fifth edition from 1991 focused on countries such as Kenya, Cambodia and Ecuador. This numero presents the work of photographers such as Chihiro Minato, Rio Yokoyama, Ryuji Miyamoto. In addition, 15 pages of this issue are dedicated to Peter Beard’s daily diary, featuring images taken by the iconic photographer between 1960 and 1990.
