In the 1960s and 1970s, liberation movements produced memorable and inspiring visuals, but not anymore. Why?

Ramdane Touhami and Émile Shahidi are passionate about graphic design and revolutionary struggles in equal measure. Introduced to each other by a common friend a few years ago, they have teamed up, researched and traveled to study the history of revolutionary art, and create an (subjectively) ideal library of counterculture and political graphic design, and a selection of the best visual work of the 60s and 70s: protest and liberation posters, international underground press, essential architecture magazines, counterculture publications, and more…

The Radical Media Archive is both a collection and a bookstore with a selection of rare printed matters, reissues and collectibles that we are beginning to unveil.

Open Tue→Sat, 11—7pm at the lower floor of the Ramdane's department store WORDS SOUNDS COLORS & SHAPES,
