This is the 11th edition of the Japanese series “Art Technique Now” dedicated to the work of designer  Shigeo Fukuda.

The series offered surveys focusing on individual artists, techniques, and creative practices, each presented as its own volume. 

Shigeo Fukuda was one of Japan’s most celebrated graphic designers and illustrators. This book presents a visual study of his techniques showcasing some of his posters which were notable for their political takes such as anti-war positions.

Fukuda was also famous for his relationship with perspective leading him to challenge the way we perceive images.
