IDEA n°92 (January 1969)

Launched in 1953, IDEA is a quarterly magazine published in Japan that focuses on graphic design and typography. The magazine tackles all aspects of design - posters, packaging, logos, book covers - and extends its publications to overall design and art direction from all over the world.

This very collector's issue from 1969 features a beautiful cover by Tadanori Yokoo, specially designed for this edition. The colorful and pop-style cover is a testimony to the artist’s long-time investigation into poster-making.

Some of the articles include an extensive text on the third Biennale of Graphic Design in Brno, Solid Presentation of Planeness, the 8th exhibition of Advertising Photographers Association and many others.
