GRAPHIS POSTERS (1979)

Graphis Posters was part of Graphis Press annual series dedicated to the best designed posters in the world.

Each year, this publication followed the most creative designers to showcase the richness of poster-making.

This edition presents creations produced or shown in the year of 1979.

The book is divided across four genres: it begins with advertising, follows with cultural posters before investigating social causes and ending with consumers.
In that sense, this edition presents the diversity of fields in which poster-designers can interfere.

Moreover, it could be in advertising, culture, politics, or branding, poster-making is part of the everyday and their designers deserve recognition.
