Archives Yan Morvan: Yasser Arafat (1982-1983)

This edition focuses on Yasser Arafat, of Fatah and the Palestine Liberation Organization, leader of the Palestinian resistance and their leftist and nationalist allies in Lebanon and Syria, during the siege of West Beirut by the Zionist entity in 1982.

This book is a tribute to Arafat, whom Yan Morvan knew personally, to his commitment to the liberation of Lebanon, and his then-growing status as a national, regional, and international leader.

It is also part of a larger series of Yan Morvan who spent a significant portion of his career in Lebanon.

The Yan Morvan Archive collections has now grown to over 18 issues, each offering a focused exploration of a specific moment in history: from the battlefields of Lebanon, Kosovo, or Ukraine to the underground worlds of squats, fetish culture, bikers and hip-hop.
